BK-EBDP (4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-N-ethylpropan-2-amine) is a psychedelic drug that belongs to the phenethylamine and amphetamine classes. It was first synthesized in the 1960s by Alexander Shulgin and was later described in his book PiHKAL (Phenethylamines i Have Known And Loved).1 BK-EBDP has a similar structure to MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine) and MDA (3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine), but with the addition of a bromine atom.
